Calm in the Current
This month, I’ll be sharing the practices that have been supporting me recently. We’ll work with a kriya to reduce stress, explore the mantra puruṣa practice using Oṃ Namaḥ Śivāya, and focus on restoring a deep sense of balance — learning to be in the world, but not of it. We'll complete our time together with gong relaxation.
