Hi, I’m Lindy
My work has been shaped by years of learning to listen to the body, to subtle inner movements, energy, and to the wisdom that arises when we feel safe. I support healing and self-development through a somatic, embodied, and spiritually grounded approach that honors inner awareness and the intersection between the nervous, attachment, and energy systems.
I trust attuned presence, pacing, and our innate capacity to reorganize when we feel seen and supported. Real change tends to happen through steadiness, gentle attention, and respect for our own timing, intelligence, and wisdom.
I tend to work with people who are sensitive, perceptive, and deeply aware. Often these are people who have already done significant inner work and are ready for something more embodied, integrated, and sustainable.
